Team Lead Job Description – Hero Cosmetics Guerilla Sampling Activation (Vancouver) Location: Vancouver, BC Program Duration: July 20 – August 31, 2025 Pay Rate: Starting at $26/hour Brand: Hero Cosmetics – viral pimple patch brand Mandatory In-Person Training: Thursday July 17th We're hiring 1 dependable and proactive Team Lead to oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors during an exciting, high-energy guerilla sampling campaign for Hero Cosmetics across Vancouver this summer. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with leadership experience in events, promotions, or field marketing — especially if you're passionate about skincare and wellness! What You'll Be Doing: + Leading daily activations and ensuring everything runs smoothly + Driving a branded panel van (must have valid Class 5 driver's license) + Handling sample inventory, on-site logistics, and team coordination + Setting up and taking down activations at each location + Supervising and supporting 4–5 Brand Ambassadors + Ensuring clear and consistent delivery of brand messaging + Acting as the on-site liaison between the team and management + Capturing recap notes and activation photos as required Who We're Looking For: + 25+ years old with a valid Class 5 driver's license (clean record) + Prior Team Lead or field management experience required + Strong organizational and communication skills + Comfortable working long shifts outdoors + Able to troubleshoot issues and lead confidently in fast-paced environments + Full availability for all listed dates is required + Passion for skincare or familiarity with Hero Cosmetics is a bonus!
