Brand Momentum is looking for a Team Lead BA! – Sampling Activation Team Lead – TheraBreath Booth @ Taste of Calgary Location: 311 8 Street SW – Lot 6, Calgary, AB Dates: July 31 – August 4, 2025 Mandatory In-Person Training: Week prior (exact date TBD) We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead Brand Ambassador to represent TheraBreath at the Taste of Calgary. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team and engage with the public at one of Calgary's most popular summer events. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage a small team of Brand Ambassadors during event hours + Distribute mouthwash samples and actively engage with consumers + Deliver key product messaging and represent the TheraBreath brand positively + Ensure smooth daily operations including team check-ins, scheduling breaks, and problem-solving on-site + May be required to pick up product samples from a nearby warehouse (TBD) – access to a vehicle is an asset + Attend a mandatory in-person training session the week prior to the event Requirements: + Previous experience as a Team Lead or in a senior Brand Ambassador role + Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with the public + Comfortable with basic logistics and team coordination + Must be available for the full duration of the event + Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented + Access to a vehicle is considered an asset If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love leading teams, and enjoy representing top-tier brands—this is the role for you! #BMI1
