Crafted Highlights:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to actively engage with consumers in retail and special event environments and influence purchase decisions! You will be responsible for providing product samples, educating consumers about current and new brands and promoting our award-winning portfolio. You will also be responsible to engage consumers through different event activations creating the most memorable brand experiences.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
You bring an outgoing, passionate, and enthusiastic personality while maintaining professionalism. You’re excited to work with leading brands in the beer industry. You have a natural ability to connect with consumers and create memorable brand experiences. You’re confident engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and influencing purchase decisions. You’re reliable, punctual, and committed to working within an assigned schedule. You’re independent, self-motivated, and take initiative. Access to a vehicle is considered an asset.
Key Ingredients:
Availability: Must be available primarily in the afternoons and evenings for all retail shifts. Special events typically take place during evenings, nights, and weekends. Location: Retail vendor locations within the Regional Municipality and surrounding areas, with occasional on-premise samplings in restaurants and bars. Some travel may be required. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are required. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, Molson Coors products, and brand is an asset. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills are essential. Minimum Age: Must be 19 years of age or older.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $0.00 - $0.00 (posting salary range) + 0% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
