What You Can Expect
As our Jack Daniel's Brand Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of our brand presence, responsible for:
Brand Authority & Expertise: Lead as the authoritative voice for Jack Daniel's, showcasing deep expertise in the brand. Serve as the go-to resource for trade partners, distributors, specialized media, consumers, and sales teams, providing invaluable insights into brand history, production techniques, and spirit category trends.
Education & Advocacy Leadership:
Design and implement a best-in-class, distinct, and proprietary brand education platform and tools specifically for Jack Daniel's.
Develop and deliver engaging training programs, masterclasses, and consumer education sessions, amplifying the specialness and authenticity of Jack Daniel's through compelling storytelling to significantly increase brand consideration.
Pioneer and manage the Guest Shift program across Japan, fostering community and brand presence.
Orchestrate and execute all Japan-specific advocacy activities related to Jack Daniel's, including brand sponsorships, activations, trade shows, and cocktail events.
Market Engagement & Relationship Building:
Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with top influential on-trade representatives, communities, and organizations, driving increased mental and physical visibility for Jack Daniel's.
Translate market insights into compelling brand experiences, establishing memorable and long-term connections that win the hearts and minds of customers and consumers.
Commercial & Strategic Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the Brand Team to shape drink strategy, including innovative new cocktail development and proposals for fresh drink formats.
Provide strategic commercial and sales support, including active participation in key city activations and sales negotiations alongside the B-FJ Sales Team.
Gather and synthesize crucial market insights, emerging trends, and competitor activities to inform and enhance our trade and marketing strategies.
Content & Tools Development:
Develop compelling monthly social media content aligned with brand priorities, current activities, and drink strategy.
Create essential brand tools, including impactful product presentations, engaging cocktails/cocktail cards, and effective point-of-sale (POSM) materials.
Operational Excellence: Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including sample shipments and comprehensive reporting to management.

You are a seasoned professional with 3+ years of progressive experience in a related field, possessing a robust hospitality and/or marketing background, a strong industry network, and the following attributes:

Deep Spirits Knowledge: Deep and technical knowledge of the spirits world.
Ownership & Proactivity: Demonstrated sense of ownership and pride in your work, coupled with a proactive mindset and a proven ability to ideate and plan strategically.
