As a Brand Ambassador, you are the embodiment of Maison Michel’s unique blend of heritage craftsmanship, Parisian elegance, and forward-thinking creativity. You play a key role in inspiring clients, supporting the team, and representing the House both in-store and beyond.

Fashion-Forward: Driving Sales Through Expertise and Style

· Meet and exceed sales targets through personalized service and a deep understanding of client needs

· Master key sales techniques and KPIs to optimize performance

· Offer a distinctive, style-oriented service that reflects Maison Michel’s identity

Client-Oriented: Elevating the Maison Michel Experience

· Deliver a refined and emotional luxury selling ceremony

· Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and actively grow your personal client book

· Act as a reference for VICs (Very Important Clients), offering a curated and elevated experience in line with their expectations

· Develop strong relationships with Personal Shoppers and Stylists, working closely to coordinate client activations and exclusive appointments

Product Specialist: Championing Knowledge and Expertise

· Be the go-to product expert for the team, sharing knowledge on collections, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling

· Ensure high standards in visual merchandising and product presentation

· Guide clients with confidence and precision, including after-sales follow-up when needed

Operational Support: A Key Contributor to Store Excellence

· Ensure full compliance with Maison Michel's operational standards and procedures

· Share feedback and insights regularly with management and the team

· Analyze performance data (daily, vs LY, vs target) and contribute proactively to strategies that boost recruitment, retention, and conversion

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a curious and determined person who wants to be part of the Maison Michel adventure and who wants to grow up with the company in its new projects.

To be considered for the above position you will be experienced in sales and clientelling. You are looking for an opportunity to develop yourself in the retail world.

We are searching for people with a passion for luxury fashion and trends, strong emotional intelligence; generous, humble, independent and smiley with a collaborative teamwork approach.

You will be able to demonstrate how you manage operational duties alongside pro-active and effective clientele development.
