Meaningful Work From Day One

You’ll be our eyes, ears and energy in Munich, one of Europe’s most dynamic bar cities. Your job? Bring our premium brands to life in the venues that shape opinion, drive quality and inspire culture. You’ll build deep relationships with bartenders and influential people from the hospitality world, host unforgettable experiences, deliver spot-on training and make sure our brands aren’t just poured, they’re remembered.
But this role is more than just being out in the field. You’ll also be part of a wider team shaping how advocacy looks and feels offline and online. You’ll help capture the energy of our events and activations and turn them into content that inspires our internal teams, partners and the wider trade. You’ll also support our partner markets mainly in Vienna and Zurich, helping to scale what works and bring fresh energy to their scenes.
This role also sits within Bar-Fabric, Brown-Forman’s unique advocacy platform that champions culture, connection and creativity. You’ll collaborate with a strong team of specialists in education, events and storytelling who share ideas, challenge each other and support one another in making a real impact on the ground.

What You Bring to the Table
● Showing up in the scene: building strong, long-term relationships in Munich’s top bars and knowing where, when and how to activate
● Running events: from intimate tastings to high-energy guest shifts, you’ll own the details and the vibe
● Leading trainings: giving bartenders the tools and stories they need to pour with confidence and pride
● Driving content and visibility: capturing what makes your work special, the moments, people and energy, and helping shape it into content that works across social platforms
● Supporting beyond Munich: collaborating with teams in Vienna and Zurich to support key activities and help the brand feel present across markets
● Collaborating and contributing: sharing ideas, feedback and trend insights with the advocacy team and cross-functional partners and helping shape how we evolve

What Makes You Unique
● At least 3 years experience in hospitality, brand activations or premium spirits
● You know your way around a bar, a backbar and a brand training
● You’re self-motivated, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects
● You understand the power of social media and know how to create or brief content that feels real, engaging and relevant to our world
● You’re confident in front of people, whether hosting, training or presenting
● Fluent in German, very good English
● Based in Munich with flexibility to travel
