Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Branch/Retail Banking Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this position, you will play a key role in handling routine banking transactions and providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities: • Process routine banking transactions such as cashing checks, issuing cashier's checks, and handling deposits accurately and efficiently. • Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance on basic banking procedures. • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies during transactions. • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies as needed. • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with branch personnel to ensure smooth daily operations. • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members. • Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements • Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions. • Familiarity with retail banking operations and procedures. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with branch personnel and team members. • Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
