Description We are looking for an experienced Branch/Retail Banking Clerk to join our team in the Denver Tech Center. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships by assessing financial needs and recommending suitable banking products. • Process wire transfers with precision and compliance with industry regulations. • Utilize banking software to manage client accounts and support loan origination processes. • Conduct detailed evaluations of clients’ financial situations to provide tailored solutions. • Perform accurate calculations to assist clients with banking transactions and inquiries. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency. • Stay informed about current financial regulations and industry trends. • Handle cash transactions securely and in accordance with bank policies. • Support the branch team in achieving operational goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service and handling new accounts within a banking environment. • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking operations. • Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in 10-key typing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients. • Solid knowledge of financial products and services offered by banks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. • Familiarity with cash handling and banking operations processes.
