Job description

The Branch Operations and Ancillary Business Specialist is responsible for identifying potential business development opportunities within Retail Operations. The role involves designing how these opportunities can be integrated into or replace existing processes and assessing their viability. This position manages process improvement projects for branch operations from initiation to closure, and plans and oversees daily operational support activities.

Working Conditions:

Expected to coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Will be assigned to Two Ecom Tower B (Pasay City). Required to work 44 hours per week. Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Open to working extended hours as needed, especially for projects and special assignments.
