Aramex Capricorn Coast is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our regional depot operations. This role is pivotal to driving depot performance, supporting franchisees, and growing our presence in the region. As the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team of 6–8 staff, manage depot profitability, and ensure excellent service delivery to customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business planning by setting, communicating, and executing operational priorities and targets
Lead, coach, and manage direct reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, staff, contractors, and suppliers
Deliver high standards of customer service in line with Aramex expectations
Drive sales, promotions, and marketing initiatives to grow business revenue
Monitor depot productivity and manage costs effectively
Ensure compliance with all legal, WHS, CoR, and franchise system requirements
Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Franchise Business and FSO teams
Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements - Experience and EducationMinimum 2 years’ experience in a management role
Strong people leadership and team management skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Commercially savvy and results-oriented
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
