Job Summary
The Branch Manager oversees daily operations and staff at the assigned branch, promoting exemplary customer service and driving achievement of sales and productivity targets.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff for all branch positions. Oversee daily branch workflow and operations. Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations, offering recommendations for promotions and salary adjustments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and achieve the annual business plan and budget. Execute objectives and initiatives in service, modernization, safety, quality, pricing, and more. Manage all HR-related processes: people development, staffing, compensation, and performance management. Foster clear communication across departments and ensure prompt problem resolution. Build a positive environment focused on employee and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, business practices, and codes of conduct, while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations. Establish and maintain strong public relations to reinforce Oracle Elevator’s reputation for quality. Lead and direct department managers to achieve established goals and initiatives. Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to set and achieve sales and efficiency targets, and establish performance standards. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide direction, and motivate staff toward achieving objectives. Identify staff training needs/opportunities and implement development plans. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating best-in-class customer service. Participate in community and industry activities to enhance organizational goodwill and visibility. Partner with leadership on advertising and business development campaigns. Support the growth and development of new branches as required. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

Proven leadership and management capabilities. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar ERP software preferred. Solid understanding of industry policies, procedures, contracts, products, and competitor offerings. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. Understanding of safety and environmental regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead through change and motivate teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High integrity, strong work ethic, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Effective presentation and persuasive communication skills. High energy, managerial courage, and enthusiasm for challenges.

Education and Experience

Associate’s degree and relevant industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in the elevator industry, including at least one year in a leadership or management role preferred.
