Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not essential) Minimum 5 years work experience in branch, operations, or service management within the forklift, material handling, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery sector Proven track record in managing P&L, team leadership, and business development Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills In-depth knowledge of forklift or industrial equipment operations, sales, and service Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
