**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Leadership Institute (BBLI) Development Leader (Lead Business Execution Consultant) within National Advice and Acquisition as part of Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. The BBLI team provide development programs and readiness for District Managers, Branch Managers and bankers. The BBLI Development Leader will be responsible for developing content for programs that include DM onboarding, DM labs, DM workshops, and the annual DM Leadership Conference and more. Wells Fargo ranked in the top three on the 2024 LinkedIn Top Companies List of best workplaces “to grow your career” in the U.S. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com. **In this role, you will:** + Consult with key stakeholders and leaders to determine development and performance opportunities using root cause analysis. + Develop learning interventions (Workshops, meetings, skill practices, videos) to improve and enhance performance. + Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and executives to create the learning interventions. + Work with BBLI program leaders to support execution of DM programs. + Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives + Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate + Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance + Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations + Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans + Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives + Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Demonstrated experience creating design plans and developing contentwhich may include but not limited to videos, workshops, programs and skill practices. + Previous internal or external consulting experience. + Recent experience as a district manager. + Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills; ability to guide discussions at multiple management levels. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word is critical + Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions + Proven experience socializing readiness plans with senior and executive leaders + Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes + Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment + Effectively self-manages end-to-end projects using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities + Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization + Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
