Join our team as a Branch Automation Technician, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining ATM and security systems across our branch network. What You’ll Do: + Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of ATM systems including Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, Hitachi, and Triton + Configure and service alarm systems such as DMP 734 Module-based (Digital Monitoring Products), Bosch, and Honeywell + Set up and support CCTV systems including Verint IP Cameras, Digital Watchdog, Open Eye, March, and Clinton + Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance + Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues + Maintain accurate service records and documentation ️ What You Bring: + Proven experience with ATM hardware and software platforms + Hands-on expertise with commercial alarm and CCTV systems + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Bonus Points: + Certifications in ATM servicing or security systems + Experience in financial services or branch automation environments Ready to take the next step in your technical career?
