Our Branch Administrative/Team Assistants provide administrative support to the Area General Manager, as well as Sales Management. As an integral part of our team, you will be ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective communication, while managing confidential materials and making independent decisions. As a Branch Administrative/Team Assistant, you will:
Create, proofread, and edit a range of documents, including reports, articles, and proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracyOrganize and manage branch leadership activities, including meetings, presentations, and eventsHandle communications by receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls and correspondence, while also maintaining a calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetingsOrganize and provide assistance for major marketing events and branch employee activities, including finding event locations and coordinating with participating partiesOrganize and assist with sales requests and customer reportingMay assist sales and manage the sales department's record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with company policies and evaluating information release requestsYou will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
High School degree or state-recognized GEDExperience with administrative support or a related college degree such as Business, Marketing, Hospitality, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain a keen attention to detail; exceptional multitasking abilitiesAbility to interact and effectively communicate with all levels within the organizationPreferred Qualifications:
