Key Responsibilities

Perform import trade transaction data input, filing;Handle the assigned trade functions in an efficient and accurate manner;Perform other duties as delegated;Monitor and report any operational risks or control issues to management;Perform implementation of new processing operations modelPerform checking of import / export trade documents;Immediate availability preferred

Qualifications:

HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above;Fresh graduate is welcomeMinimum 1-2 years' related experience in Trade Import / Export Operations;Strong communication and problem-solving skills;Able to work independently;Basic knowledge on trade finance field;Solid knowledge in trade finance transaction workflow in order to ensure trade transactions are processed accurately and efficiently;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Proficient in MS applications, i.e. Word, Excel and outlook
