**About the Role** We are looking for a proven leader to head our BFSI division and drive growth, governance and operational excellence. With 15+ years in banking, you will bring deep expertise in loan servicing, operational risk, compliance and quality assurance while building and leading high-performing teams and a culture of risk awareness, quality, innovation and accountability. **Key Responsibilities:** + Define and execute the BFSI strategy to drive business growth and client satisfaction. + Develop and implement business development strategies to expand service offerings, increase market share, and enhance profitability. + Lead end-to-end loan operations, servicing, and risk management. + Build a strong governance and compliance culture aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards. + Inspire, mentor and develop teams to deliver operational excellence. + Partner with internal & external stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements and audit readiness. + Partner with senior leadership and clients to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and strengthen relationships. **Basic Qualifications:** + MBA in Finance with 15+ years of BFSI experience with expertise in loan operation, risk management, QA and compliance. + Strong track record in risk management, loan operations, quality assurance and compliance. + Proven leadership in building and motivating cross-functional teams. + Ability to drive strategic initiatives, process transformation and client engagement. **Key Skills Required:** Strategic Thinking | Risk & Compliance | BFSI Operations | Leadership | Client Engagement | Process Excellence
