BPM Developer

We are currently seeking a BPM Developer to join our team. As a developer, you will be responsible for creating web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM Business Process Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop IBM BPM applications based on specifications in a best in class mannerInteract with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirementsSupport & Maintenance of internally developed tools/applicationsSolve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleaguesAbility to work in an independent, systematic and structured manner in an agile environment and international team.Ability to propose new ideas for better solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOpen minded and committed to achieve targets on time, quality and cost, as well as excellent organizational skillsGood communication and collaboration skills to work in a multicultural team

IBM BPM Platform KnowledgeJavaScript/HTML5/CSS3AJAX and RESTSQLKnowledge of Oracle DatabaseKnowledge of AngularJS, BootstrapDojo ToolkitBasic understanding of JavaBasic understanding of XML structuresFluent in English
