We're looking for a driven and collaborative A2R Business Process Expert to join our growing team and bring expertise, energy, and innovation to every phase of our ERP journey.

🧩 What You’ll Do

As part of our global transformation project, you will:

💬 Collaborate closely with Business Architects, key users, and consultants to gather and refine A2R process requirements.

⚙️ Support cross-functional teams with your A2R expertise, contributing proactively to project delivery across business streams.

🧪 Create and adapt test scripts, manage test data prerequisites, and lead test execution with a focus on quality and timeliness.

🧹 Drive data migration by executing mapping, validation, and supporting data cleansing efforts.

🎓 Train and support End-Users, resolve issues during Hypercare, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

🔄 Act as a change agent, promoting not only system changes but also driving business and process transformations.

📈 Communicate risks, progress, and dependencies to Stream Leads or Project Managers, ensuring alignment across phases.

🧠 Take ownership of your functional area, making autonomous decisions while knowing when to escalate or engage stakeholders.

📚 Commit to continuous learning, both within A2R and in adjacent functions, to stay ahead in a dynamic ERP landscape.

🔁 Promote process excellence by identifying harmonization and standardization opportunities, and sharing best practices.

🤝 Ensure continuity by training backups and documenting knowledge to support team resiliency.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of A2R processes and SAP ERP systems (template experience is a plus)

Experience in ERP roll-outs, data migration, and Hypercare support

A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills

Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
