Company:ベーリンガーインゲルハイム製薬株式会社 Location:山形工場 *英語CVもご提出(必須)をお願いいたします。 Basic purpose of the job* • Increase the competitiveness of the HP Supply Japan in BI global and the pharmaceutical industry • Realize business efficiency improvement throughout the HP Supply Japan towards benchmark • Provide sustainable support to transformational changes in the Organisations at HP Supply Japan • Drive BPE (Business Process Excellent) according to ESP as well as BI Japan Operations strategies, and deliver sustainable improvement Accountabilities* 1. Ensure Group policy and priorities based on Department business plan • Collect and analyse information from Department business plan/BSC to develop group policies/priorities • Support to develop business plan and identify priorities at the Department • Secure enough resources and create suitable resource plan for the implementation 2. Ensure a policy and priorities based on the mid/long term business plan for site missions in alignment with the HP Supply Japan strategy • Collect and analyse information from site missions (Yamagata) and BI Japan Operations strategy to develop mid/long term targets/priorities • Identify priorities at the sites and overhead functions, and set the targets with related organisations (sites and overhead functions) • Provide suitable support to develop roadmap for implementation in the organisations 3. Ensure quality of BSC in HP Supply Japan based on the site missions /priorities and overhead functions’ priorities • Drive BSC workshop with related organisations • Provide information such as benchmark study to develop BSC • Set the clear BPE targets to organisations • Monitor the progress and solve identified issues together with related function in a timely manner 4. Enhance awareness, knowledge and skill of BPE in HP Supply Japan • Conduct training, such as tool training of Lean/ 6 sigma and green belt • Coach Kaizen idea development • Introduce good practices and benchmarks from internal/external network • Organise events, such as workshops and BPE parties, in order to increase awareness of BPE in a timely manner • Ensure that employees recognise the importance of change management and maintain/improve their motivation. 5. Maximise synergy of BPE activities among BI global network/ HP Supply Japan • Participate in international BPE meetings actively and exchange information with each OPU. • Share information by working closely with BI global BPE team • Manage relationship with internal/external stakeholders 6. Drive Kaizen/5S (BI-CHLIN) activities in HP Supply Japan • Achieve the target number of Kaizen proposals by stimulate/activating Kaizen proposal activity • Provide opportunities for Kaizen awards (Hall of Fame etc) • Organise Kaizen Committee • Conduct assessment of 5S (BI-CHILIN) to increase of awareness of 5S • Promote events, such as opportunities for awards, to keep motivations for contentious improvement and 5S activity 7. Ensure EHS at Site support and BPE office • Implement policies and guidelines with regard to working conditions • Comply with policies and guidelines 8.
