**Job Description:**
Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a **Program Manager** in support of the Federal Judiciary. The program provides IT support, infrastructure management, and security for a major federal agency, including planning national IT policy, standards, and architecture.
HOW A Program Manager WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
+ The GDIT Program Manager shall have full authority to commit labor force and other required resources to meet the overall requirements in support of the program
+ Institute and maintain a process that ensures problems and action items discussed with the Government are tracked through resolution and provide timely status reporting
+ Track all actions taken to improve performance and update all applicable processes with lessons learned from commercial and government support experiences
+ Establish and maintain a documented set of disciplined, mature, and continuously improving processes for administering all BPA and task order efforts with an emphasis on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, resource management, and consistently high-quality delivery
+ Develop, deliver and maintain and ensure compliance with the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
+ Provide the government with monthly Program Status Reports (PSR) on the activities and milestones completed and deliverables submitted for each task for the past month
+ Prepare and deliver senior management level briefings, not limited to monthly Program Progress Review (PPR) consisting of a summary of all completed and in process task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics.
+ Manage communication efforts to customers and stakeholders, including notifications related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken.
+ Ensure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficiency
Qualifications:
+ Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 7 years of experience, Or Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of experience
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
+ ITIL and/or AGILE certification(s) preferred
Required Experience:
+ Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools
+ Experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, and team members
+ Experience in planning, managing and providing guidance pertaining to IT environments
+ Experience in managing BPA or IDIQ Contract with multiple task/call orders
+ Experience with and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies
Security Clearance Level:
+ Must possess or ability to obtain Public Trust for US Courts
Location:
+ The job is expected to be “in-office” 1- 5 days a week, but can be based in either Washington, DC or San Antonio, TX
+ Timeline: This work is expected to start in March 2026.

The likely salary range for this position is $133,369 - $180,441. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
