Posting Details Posting Details Title Bowdoin Shuttle Driver Posting Number S01451JP Department Safety and Security Job Summary Bowdoin College is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Shuttle Driver to provide on-demand transportation for students within the Brunswick area. Operating a 7-passenger van, the driver will deliver safe, friendly, and timely service. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean vehicle, operating a radio communication device, and completing daily and weekly reports.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $18.40 per hour, and this position is eligible for overtime, shift, and weekend pay differentials Shift Differentials: 10% for 2nd shift, 15% for 3rd shift, plus an additional $1.00/hour for weekend hours

Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications in this posting to be considered for hire. Standard Work Days and Hours This is an onsite, full-time, academic year-round position, working 28 hours per week for 38 weeks per year (0.51 FTE). An academic year-round employee works from August through May and is not scheduled to work during winter, spring, or summer breaks The regular work schedule for this position is Wednesday through Saturday, from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m (or until last ride) and could change based on weather emergencies.
