Job Requirement: 

Bachelor’ s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline Minimum 7 years of experience Bill of Quantity ( BOQ) preparation for infrastructure or construction projects. Proficient in quantity take off software ( e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD ) Strong Understanding of project drawings, specifications, and contract documents Ability to lead and coordinate a team of quantity surveyors or estimators. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and reporting skills Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including engineering and procurement.

 

Job Descriptions:

Report to the TL Assist the Employer in bidding for packages for which the Engineering Design Consultant's assistance is unavailable; Assist the Chief Contract Specialist regarding contract management issues, especially in relation to those related to the Adjustments for Changes in Cost; Review all submitted related to contractual requirements during the Contractor(s)’ mobilisation period and any other related tasks assigned by the TL
