Responsibilities include ordering course materials, managing and reviewing textbook inventory - including conducting full inventory audits twice a year - and reconciling daily deposits. The position also provides front-line support to students and parents regarding purchases and inquiries, processes vendor payments, and reviews monthly financial statements.
