Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing and community-focused client in Vista, CA, to find a meticulous and motivated Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant. You’ll work closely with the accounting manager and leadership team to ensure smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and timely processing of transactions. Key Responsibilities: + Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations + Assist with month-end close and financial reporting + Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Excel + Support payroll processing and vendor communications + Help prepare documentation for audits and tax filings + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy Requirements + 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or entry-level accounting + Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and basic Excel functions + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus + Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a bonus + Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
