What You’ll Do: + Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting duties, such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll processing, tax preparation, and bank reconciliations. + Leverage your knowledge of QuickBooks to manage accounting workflows efficiently for diverse clients. + Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. + Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial reporting schedules. + Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. + Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices with clients. Requirements Who You Are: + 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, ideally across multiple industries. + Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and working knowledge of other accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, etc. a plus). + Strong grasp of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. + Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
