Work Schedule & Onsite Location
This is a fully onsite role at our Oakland, CA location, providing a hands-on approach to bookkeeping tied to daily business operations. The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, making it ideal for professionals seeking stability, structure, and collaboration. Remote applicants will not be considered for this role.
What You’ll Do
As the Bookkeeper, your meticulous financial expertise and organizational skills will play a key part in supporting daily business functions. Responsibilities include:
+ Preparing and organizing financial data to ensure smooth collaboration with an offsite bookkeeping and accounting team.
+ Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that transactions are timely, accurate, and aligned with company procedures.
+ Reconciling invoices and verifying payroll and vendor payments for accuracy.
+ Tracking and balancing cash and credit transactions while implementing streamlined daily close-out processes.
+ Assisting with inventory control and handling operational tasks to support broader business objectives.
+ Maintaining office procedures and continuously enhancing day-to-day efficiency.
+ Coordinating and overseeing vendor services, including scheduling necessary maintenance and repairs.
+ Collaborating effectively with team members to promote seamless communication and workflow across departments.
+ Providing essential administrative support and ensuring the business runs smoothly during daily operations.

+ Ability to maintain organized workflows and adjust priorities to meet deadlines and operational needs.

+ Adept at using financial software tools and inventory systems.
