Description Bookkeeper (Oil & Gas) Location: Central Oklahoma City, OK Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually (based on experience) Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with a strong accounting background to join our team in Central OKC. This role is ideal for a professional who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. + Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and monthly financial reports. + Track and reconcile revenue, expenses, and vendor accounts. + Support accounting team with month-end and year-end close processes. + Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. + Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding invoices and payments. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required; oil and gas industry experience strongly preferred. + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. + Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and standard accounting practices. + Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data entry. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
