Description We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Black Creek, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping processes. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Utilize QuickBooks for tracking and organizing financial data efficiently. • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on financial activities to support decision-making. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency. • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly. • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and other financial reviews. • Handle general bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Solid knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies effectively. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. • Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices.
