Description Job Description: Robert Half is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full-Time contract Bookkeeper to join our client’s dynamic team within the financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment located near Boulder, CO. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily financial operations of the organization while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial data. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring financial data accuracy. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently. Prepare and monitor financial statements and reports to support the company’s decision-making processes. Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee expense records. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and financial discrepancies. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries. Requirements Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within the financial services industry. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
