Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Greenwich, Connecticut. This is a contract to hire position that offers flexibility with part-time hours and the opportunity to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity. Candidates must be able to commute to the office once a month for in-person collaboration in Greenwich, CT. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records by managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. • Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors. • Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and tracking outstanding balances. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. • Utilize QuickBooks Online at an expert level to manage financial data and reporting. • Collaborate with team members to provide financial insights and support. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with expert-level knowledge. • Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Proven ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. • Ability to commute to Greenwich, Connecticut once a week. • Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices.
