This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a family-owned homebuilder. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including tracking financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant software for financial reporting and data entry. • Provide receptionist duties, including answering calls and assisting customers with inquiries. • Handle clerical duties such as typing and document preparation with attention to detail.
