Minimum requirements:
Follow up with debtors for payments. Administer credit applications and trade references. Register debtor information on Pastel. Verify job files for integrity and completeness. Issue Statements. Manage outstanding proof of deliveries (POD’s). Verify bank statements daily for payments. Process payments daily on Pastel. Print weekly reports and verify outstanding payments. Expedite outstanding payments. Report any deviations, variations and concerns immediately to the Financial Manager and or Managing Director. Take appropriate corrective action/s as per instruction/s. Reconcile bank statements monthly – zero variance.
