Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and performing bank reconciliations using QuickBooks. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records by managing daily bookkeeping tasks. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Utilize QuickBooks to record transactions, generate reports, and manage financial data. • Prepare and maintain documentation for financial audits and compliance purposes. • Monitor and update financial systems to support accurate reporting. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. • Identify and address any inconsistencies in financial records. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. • Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records and generating reports. • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Experience performing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with preparing financial documentation for audits.
