Description Calling all part-time professionals! We have an amazing opportunity with a company in Spartanburg seeking part-time accounting help. The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks experience and be comfortable with AP/AR/Bookkeeping functions. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and in a timely manner. • Utilize QuickBooks on a daily basis • Bank reconciliations • Run reports in Excel and maintain spreadsheets • Post credit card transactions • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards in all bookkeeping activities. • Collaborate with other staff members to address financial inquiries and provide necessary documentation. • Other tasks/ projects as requested Additional Information: -Up to 25 hours per week -Onsite -Business Casual / Casual attire -Long term contract Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong grasp of accounting principles. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management software. • Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
