Bookkeeper
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our Finance Manager and Accounting Department. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with routine accounting tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This is a full time benefits eligible role, working onsite at our Greenwood location. Skills Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, Medical, Accounting, Finance Top Skills Details Accounts payable,Accounts receivable,General ledger,Reconciliation,Bookkeeping,Medical Additional Skills & Qualifications • Record and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. • Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger entries. • Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements. • Support the preparation of financial reports for management review. • Organize and maintain financial documentation and files. • Assist with account reconciliations and variance analysis. • Respond to internal financial inquiries as needed. • Support the annual audit process by gathering required documentation. • Collaborate to ensure compliance with accounting policies. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance function. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
