Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role requires handling financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities: • Verify and process invoices with attention to accuracy and compliance. • Prepare payment documents for authorization and signature. • Organize, code, and input accounts payable data into the system. • Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues related to unpaid invoices. • Generate and submit invoices for customers in a timely manner. • Record, categorize, and reconcile incoming payments. • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
