They’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive bookkeeper to join their growing finance team and play a vital role in maintaining their financial health. Key Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations + Maintain and update financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. + Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports, providing insights to improve decision-making and cost management + Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure adherence to financial plans and strategies. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure streamlined financial operations. + Handle state and federal reporting requirements, including tax filings and compliance documentation. + Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
