Requirements
Relevant Tertiary qualification coupled with 3 - 5 years experience Xero Accounting a definite advantage Attention to detail – timely and accurate information/reporting essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Excellent organizational and planning skills required Ability to work under pressure Deadline driven Positive attitude and professional demeanor Solid knowledge of financial processes, procedures Duties will include, but are not limited to: Capturing payments, receipts and entry fees from the bank accounts to Xero Accounting. Capturing expenses as supplier invoices and individual claims and uploading supporting documentation to Xero. Perform full debtors functions including new affiliation fee invoicing process. Prepare and capture credit card transactions, send credit card statements to credit card holders and follow-up on credit card submissions. Maintain individual credit card limits Meeting deadlines to enable Financial Manager to prepare monthly management accounts. Bank account administration. Systematic filing of documents. Sending and receiving of e-mails. Perform general administrative duties as requested. Zoom meeting administration as required. Assist with general tasks as requested.
