Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in all bookkeeping activities, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes, along with exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and other relevant software. • Oversee accounts payable functions, including vendor management and timely payment processing. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as posting payments for services and reconciling transactions. • Reconcile multiple personal bank accounts and ensure funds are readily available for use. • Perform credit card reconciliations and allocate expenses appropriately. • Coordinate occasional travel arrangements as needed. • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports. • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and ensure compliance. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities with detailed reconciliations.
