Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Springfield NT, Ohio. In this position, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees. • Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Input and organize financial data using bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks. • Prepare financial reports and summaries as requested by management. • Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail. • Monitor and manage invoices, ensuring prompt payments and collections. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on financial data. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
