Your Core Responsibilities In this hybrid role, you will oversee essential bookkeeping and accounting functions, including: + Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. + Recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger. + Preparing financial statements and reports for management review. + Handling payroll processing and complying with local tax regulations. + Monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts as required. + Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. + Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software. + Proven ability to manage AP and AR processes seamlessly. + Familiarity with payroll processing and local tax regulations. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. + Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
