Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in West Covina, California. This position offers the potential for long-term employment and requires a proactive individual who excels in managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and a strong ability to maintain organized and accurate financial data. Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. • Organize and reconcile accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash flow management. • Execute month-end close procedures and ensure timely reporting. • Handle payroll processing with precision and compliance. • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Ramp to streamline operations. • Input data accurately and maintain organized bookkeeping records. • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows. • Assist in transitioning and implementing Sage accounting software as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on account reconciliation and financial reporting. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Sage Accounting Software, with at least 1 year of experience in each. • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. • Strong skills in bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures. • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Experience working with Ramp software is a plus but not required. • Ability to work with detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
