Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Handle account reconciliation tasks to verify the accuracy of financial statements. • Conduct data entry with precision to update and maintain financial records. • Support month-end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met. • Process payroll and resolve any related discrepancies. • Utilize Acumatica software for financial management and reporting tasks. • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role. • Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Familiarity with Acumatica or similar accounting software. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to handle payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
