Bookkeeper
Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Medley, Florida. This role involves managing financial records, overseeing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks. • Oversee accounts payable processes, including vendor management and payment tracking. • Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies process the AIA Billing. • Communicate effectively with subcontractors to address financial queries and maintain clear documentation. • Generate and manage work-in-process reports to support project tracking. • Prepare and submit billing documents in compliance with organizational standards. • Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping and reporting processes. • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure payroll data is accurately recorded. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial analysis.
