Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Henderson, Nevada. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting records and processes. This role is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records by performing account reconciliations on a regular basis. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately. • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns with bank statements. • Oversee payroll processes, including timely preparation and distribution. • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial information. • Assist in month-end close activities, ensuring all financial data is accounted for. • Prepare and input data entries into accounting systems with precision. • Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Familiarity with payroll processes and month-end close procedures. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
