Description Our Client in the Global Raw Materials industry is hiring a Bookkeeper! Part time position (In office) San Antonio, TX Monday through Friday: 4-5 hours per day Seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This in-office role offers the flexibility of working 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday—a great opportunity for those looking to maintain a strong work-life balance while making a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities -Perform daily data entry for invoices and bank statements to maintain accurate records. -Reconcile bank accounts and post accrual journal entries and other adjustments as needed. -Assist in general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. -Prepare and deliver daily accounts receivable and payable reports to management. -Provide support during the preparation of financial statements and end-of-month closings. -Manage outgoing payments and handle collections with professionalism. -Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams within the organization. What We’re Looking For: -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. -3+ years of proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role. -High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
