We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365, working collaboratively to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial health. Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage Daily Transactions: Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and other routine entries.
+ Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for review, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial data.
+ Expense Management: Oversee and categorize expense reports while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
+ Data Maintenance: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all financial data within the accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365). All applicants must have solid Excel experience and be prepared to take an evaluation. (evaluations done on your own will not apply)
+ Process Optimization: Collaborate with team members to optimize accounting and reporting workflows for improved efficiency.
+ Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures, and support audits by providing required documentation and information.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
+ Software Proficiency: Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365 (proficiency in two or more is preferred).
+ Education: An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
+ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, general ledger processes, and financial reporting.
+ Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
+ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and external partners.
