About The Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa:
Nestled along the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, our award-winning 30,000 sq. ft. spa is a serene lakeside sanctuary open year-round. With 21 treatment rooms, sweeping lake views, and a full suite of wellness amenities, we offer guests an unparalleled escape into relaxation. We are looking for a warm, organized, and guest-focused Spa Booking Coordinator to help create exceptional experiences from the very first interaction.
The Role:
As the Spa Booking Coordinator, you'll be the voice and digital presence of our spa. From managing phone calls and live chat inquiries to confirming appointments and sharing exciting spa specials, you will ensure our guests feel cared for even before they walk through the doors.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
+ Manage website live chat and email communications
+ Confirm appointments and assist guests with booking pre-arrival services
+ Review incoming resort reservations and ensure spa needs are met
+ Communicate spa specials and events to local guests and VIPs
+ Assist in outreach for spa parties and local business partnerships
+ Support the Spa team with additional administrative and guest service tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Detail-oriented and highly organized
+ Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
+ Comfortable using phones, email, and live chat systems
+ Availability to work full-time, Monday–Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay:
$18 per hour

Holiday Pay:
