We are looking for a warm, organized, and guest-focused Spa Booking Coordinator to help create exceptional experiences from the very first interaction. The Role: As the Spa Booking Coordinator, you'll be the voice and digital presence of our spa. From managing phone calls and live chat inquiries to confirming appointments and sharing exciting spa specials, you will ensure our guests feel cared for even before they walk through the doors.
