You are subscribed to receive alerts for jobs similar to this one. **Job Title** : Bonding Cell Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer **Location** : Anderson, SC 29625 **Reports to** : Maintenance Manager **Responsible for** : bonding, assembly, plastics welding **Status of Hire** : full-time, direct hire, non-exempt **Pay** : $100-115k **Responsibilities:** + Programming of Fanuc and ABB robots + PLC programming and fault finding on Schneider PL7 using Graphlet and Ladder Logic + PLC programming and fault finding on Schneider UNITY PRO 8.1 and V12 + PLC programming and fault finding on Schneider VIJEO DESIGNER 6;2 HMI interfaces + PLC programming and Fault finding on Siemens Step 7 using Graphlet and Ladder Logic + PLC programming and Fault finding on Pilz systems + Integrating equipment into Robot Programs, Fanuc/ ABB + Maintaining documentation for oil Robot parameters and program change management Controlling robot backups + Manage service visits for Fanuc/ ABB robots + Detecting and repairing robot defects + Carry out any required training for robot operators + Compliance with current work Instructions + Understanding of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles + Generate Improvement ideas to Improve Quality, Cost and Delivery + Responsible for bonding standard and its application + Must be able to take minimal direction and see projects through to the end **Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar + 4+ years' experience in robotics programming, PLC programming, and knowledge of HMI programming + Understanding of electro-pneumatic logic + Knowledgeable in automotive plastic bonding and automated gluing processes + Demonstrates strong leadership abilities + Anticipates and manages change effectively + Committed to quality & continuous improvement ***Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer; client is not able to provide sponsorship or visa transfer at this time** ***Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check to be eligible for hire** TRS Staffing Solutions are an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome you to provide OFCCP data voluntarily here (https://fluor.surveymonkey.com/r/NQ9FX79) We are an equal opportunity employer.
